The End… Of Weekly Blog Posts

So, since nobody asked, I’m discontinuing the weekly blog posts. I’ve been making these weekly posts since June 2024, when I began writing Give Her My Heart. My platform has come a long way since then, both aesthetically and professionally.

I know nobody reads my blog posts, but if you do, thanks. Genuinely. Thank you for manually searching up my way-too-long url and clicking on the new “This Week” post. Thank you for reading and, hopefully, looking forward to the publication of my book. Thank you, from the lonesome parts of my soul.

But since these posts are dead air, I’m stopping them. My website, from now on, will be more of a launch pad for my platform. A conglomeration of sorts for which, in the future, people will read about me, my projects, and hopefully buy my books directly from the source. So I will stop making blog posts, unless it’s an update I want anyone to see. If one wishes to follow my journey and receive updates, he can subscribe to my newsletter to ease contact and proximity. Also, it sounds cool to say it like that.

Another, albeit weak, reason I’m stopping these posts is because I am an absent-minded person. My Sundays are busy, and I rarely catch a chance to write my blog posts in advance and schedule them. Sometimes, I can write them that Monday morning, but, if I work that morning, I don’t wake up early enough to do so. Recently, I’ve just completely forgotten to write my blog posts on time. With senior year, church affairs, work, and other things, I struggle to make time for writing. Therefore, they’ve become an obstacle and almost a nuisance.

In conclusion, these Monday posts aren’t really furthering my platform, they have become an obstacle, and my plans for my website’s future don’t involve continuing these.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for reading all of my past blog posts, if you have. To God be the glory!
